Check the selected photo, spelling, dates, size, color, and delivery address before ordering. A preview or proof is included only when the product page explicitly says so.
4. We prepare it for production
Personalized pieces are made individually. If an uploaded image is clearly unsuitable for production, we may contact you before work begins.
5. Your keepsake is made and shipped
