ORVAYE processes information needed to operate the store, prepare personalized products, fulfill orders, provide support, prevent fraud, improve the service, and communicate where permitted.
Information we may process
This can include contact details, delivery and billing information, order information, account details, device and usage data, customer messages, and photographs, names, dates, or text submitted for personalization.
How personalized content is used
Customer-provided photographs and text are used as reasonably necessary to review, prepare, produce, fulfill, and support the requested order. We do not use a customer’s pet photograph in public advertising without separate permission.
Service providers
Information may be shared with providers that support ecommerce hosting, payments, personalization, production, file storage, shipping, analytics, security, and customer service. They receive information needed to perform their role.
Retention
Retention depends on operational, legal, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, and support requirements. Personalized files may be retained for a reasonable period to complete the order and handle issues, then deleted or de-identified when no longer reasonably required, subject to provider and legal obligations.
Payments
Payments are handled by payment providers. ORVAYE does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers on its own systems.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive certain personal information, and to opt out of some marketing or targeted-advertising uses.
