Customer-provided content
You confirm that you own or have permission to use every photograph, name, message, and other material you submit. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive content.
Permission to fulfill the order
You grant ORVAYE and its service providers the limited permission reasonably necessary to process, edit, reproduce, manufacture, ship, and support the personalized product you ordered. This does not grant permission to use your image in advertising without separate consent.
Order accuracy
You are responsible for reviewing the photograph, spelling, dates, product options, quantity, and address before ordering. Changes may not be possible after production begins.
Product appearance
Digital previews and mockups are representations. Screens, materials, printing methods, and production batches can produce minor differences in color, texture, scale, placement, and finish.
Production partners
ORVAYE may use independent production, payment, technology, and shipping providers to complete orders.
Refusal or cancellation
We may decline or cancel an order when content appears unlawful, rights are disputed, payment or fraud concerns arise, the product cannot reasonably be produced, or a material pricing or listing error occurred. Any payment treatment will follow applicable law and the circumstances of the order.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ORVAYE is not responsible for indirect losses or events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
