We want your ORVAYE order to arrive in good condition. If something is wrong, contact us quickly so we can help.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
Made-to-order items
Many ORVAYE items are made or prepared after purchase. Once production begins, cancellations, size changes, color changes or buyer’s remorse returns may not be possible unless required by law.
Condition
Returned items, when accepted, must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in suitable return condition.
Resolution
Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit or another reasonable solution.
