Mockups and previews
Mockups and digital previews help illustrate a design but are not photographs of every final unit. Screen settings, material texture, shape, printing method, and production batches can create minor differences.
Customer photographs
Results depend on the submitted image. Low resolution, blur, difficult lighting, cropped features, filters, and busy backgrounds can affect the final appearance. Follow the Pet Photo Guide.
Names, dates, and messages
Customers must review spelling and other entered details before ordering. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins.
Labels and packaging
Items may include required manufacturer, material, care, origin, safety, or production-partner labels and packaging.
Care and longevity
Product life depends on material, handling, display conditions, washing, sunlight, moisture, and normal wear. Unless a product page states a specific written warranty, ORVAYE does not promise that an item will physically last for a lifetime.
