Processing

Orders usually require production and processing time before shipment. Processing time may vary by product, order volume, supplier, season and destination.

Delivery

Delivery times shown at checkout or in emails are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs delays, weather, local holidays and address issues can affect delivery.

Multiple packages

If an order contains items from different production partners, items may arrive in separate packages.

Address responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned or delayed because of an incorrect address, additional costs may apply.
